"Quality Engineering Award" is the highest honor award for the combination of engineering construction project quality and scientific and technological innovation in the field of civil construction engineering in our province。The projects participating in the evaluation of China Civil Engineering Jeme Tianyou Award and China Civil Engineering Jeme Tianyou Award Excellent Residential District Gold Award are recommended in the evaluation projects。Following the principle of voluntary application, this award is divided into quality engineering category and scientific and technological innovation category。

1. Declaration requirements

(1) The projects declared as "quality projects" shall be completed and accepted before July 1, 2023, and have been put into use。Among them, the municipal or industrial quality projects can be recommended first。

Railway, transportation, municipal, water conservancy, electric power and other professional projects have been supervised by professional supervision organizations, completed acceptance and put into use, and are running well。

(2) The application of "scientific and technological innovation" projects shall meet the corresponding conditions for high-quality projects。 The technology application and innovation of the project have reached the advanced level of similar projects in the province or industry。The contents include: the application of four new technologies is outstanding, scientific research and development or project research, technological innovation and the application of advanced scientific and technological achievements in the field of civil construction engineering related professional, engineering quality and operation and maintenance management, and significant economic or social benefits。

(3) The provincial cities, provincial directly administered counties (cities), county (cities) civil construction society (or architectural society, civil engineering society) or local housing and urban and rural construction administrative departments and provincial departments directly concerned according to the "Henan Province Civil Construction Science and Technology Award (Quality project) evaluation management Measures" to organize experts on the recommended project application materials for preliminary review，It is necessary to ensure that the declared project information is legal, true, accurate and complete。

2. Time arrangement
